Comarco's product range includes solutions for dewatering applications. For applications ranging up to 3 tons/hr, we offers 2 types of pressing alternatives. Each provides a cost effective solution for your dewatering application.
Screw Press
Our Screw press compacts, dewaters, and conveys screenings for a variety of applications (Industrial, Sludge, Municipal....etc)
Depending on type of material and discharge tube configuration, output consistencies can exceed 35% Cs.
An additional washing zone (as shown in picture) may also be added.
Hydraulic Ram Press
Our Ram Press is a stainless steel piston press for dewatering, compacting and transporting screenings. Designed for tough industrial applications, all material can be supplied in 304 or 316ss.
The press is actuated via a supplied hydraulic drive which is designed to control both piston pressure and direction.
